Site work and new construction of a civil project in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 3,140 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, 100 GPM booster pump station upgrade, construction of a new tank access road, 40,000 gallon water storage tank, foundation, valve vault, tank mixer, and related appurtenances. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid forms using the two-envelope system. Envelope #1 will contain the required bid documents. Envelope #2 will contain only the bid form and bid schedule. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only prospective bidders who have registered and purchased contract documents through the designated website will have their bids accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee Bond payable to the Owner for five percent of the total amount of the Bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit in the amount of not less than five percent of the Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for ninety days after the bid opening. All bidders are required to have a West Virginia contractor's license per state code, and the license number must be included on the bid submission.
