Contractor is responsible for furnishing all equipment, supplies, and refillable products needed for janitorial services, including hand soap, trash bags, bathroom tissue, and all other required items as listed in the Statement of Work. All costs for these supplies must be included in the quote. Bidders should refer to the Statement of Work and Schedule of Items for details and ensure compliance with all listed requirements. The contractor will provide the following: o 2-ply Toilet Paper for stocking of all bathrooms at the White Sulphur Office and Warehouse to consist of: o Office: Three (3) toilets and One (1) urinal o Warehouse: Two (2) Toilets and One (1) urinal o Anti-Bacterial Hand soap for stocking restrooms/breakrooms at the White Sulphur Office and Warehouse o Paper towels (to fit dispensers) for stocking all bathrooms at the White Sulphur Office and Warehouse o Trash Bags for all waste containers in the White Sulphur Office and Warehouse o 24" x 23" Trash Bags (10 Gallon for small waste containers) o 32" x 44" Trash Bags (34 Gallon for larger waste containers) o All cleaning supplies and equipment
