Proposals are sought from qualified firms to provide landscape and irrigation maintenance services. Firms must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida and hold all required state and federal licenses in good standing; and (2) have at least five years of experience with landscape maintenance projects. Proposals must be submitted in both written and PDF (on a flash drive) formats in a sealed package, clearly identifying the project and bearing the name of the proposer. Incomplete proposals or those missing required documents may be disqualified. Rankings will be based on the evaluation criteria provided, with price being one factor. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors or irregularities if it is in the best interest of the District. Walking Paths xxiii. Any future Amenities The Contractor will be on site as necessary to complete the scope of work. The Contractor will endeavor to schedule all work to be completed each week by 5:00 PM Friday, however the Contractor may be required to work on weekends to complete tasks delayed or caused by Acts of God or in emergency situations. The Contractor shall be on site as required year-round. A knowledgeable (and licensed when applicable) supervisor from the Contractor's firm is required to be present during every maintenance visit.
