The work shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide and install warehouse racking and storage units. The work covered under this solicitation includes providing and installing warehouse racking and storage units, a layout plan, racking and shelving elevations and cost for installation. The racking and shelving will hold merchandise products that are stored and to be sold at State Park gift shops/visitor centers across the state. The warehouse is a new construction build estimated to be completed in December of 2025. It is a climate-controlled metal frame building with concrete floor and storage mezzanine. There is overhead door access to the warehouse and a liftgate to access the mezzanine. Warehouse Dimensions: 101'-0" x 60'-0" Ceiling Heights: 26'-6" from floor to roof ridge; 14'-0" from floor to top of exterior walls; 9'-10" to underside of warehouse lighting at mezzanine; 8'-1" from mezzanine floor to top of ceiling; 9'-6" from mezzanine floor to underside of lighting. Underside of Mezzanine Height: 11'-2". Underside of Transom Window Height: 10'-0". Perimeter racking shall avoid exterior wall transom windows. The height of the mezzanine floor at the loading gate from the warehouse floor - It is 9'-10" to the underside of the mezzanine structure and approximately 11'-6" to the mezzanine floor.
