Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Park Rapids, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project involves the removal of existing culverts, installation of new culverts, concrete headwall removal, traffic barrier installation, aggregate placement, erosion control, and turf establishment. Quotes must be delivered to Karvakko Engineering, Inc. at 210 24th St NW, #100, Bemidji MN 56601 or emailed to brad.kennedy@karvakko.com. There is no fee for the plans, but contractor information will be requested for developing a plan holders list. All contractors and subcontractors must pay laborers and mechanics established prevailing wages for work performed under the contract. No construction contract will be awarded unless the bidder is a "responsible contractor" as defined in Minnesota statute 16C.285, subdivision 3, and must submit a Responsible Contractor Verification and Certification of Compliance form with their quote, signed under oath by the owner or officer of the company verifying compliance with all minimum criteria.
