Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed bids are being accepted for the construction of a new Town Hall building and septic system located at W4450 County Road A, Tomahawk, WI 54487. Bids must be submitted to the Town Supervisor at W4774 Thunder Bay Dr., Tomahawk, WI 54487 or delivered to the Town of King prior to the bid opening. All bids must be received before the specified deadline, as late submissions will not be accepted or considered. The Town of King reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof deemed most advantageous to the Town. Contractors are required to provide a certificate of insurance showing liability and workers compensation coverage.
