Demolition for a municipal facility in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work consists of the demolition and removal of the existing Town Hall located at W4450 County Road A, Tomahawk, WI 54487. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Town of King Supervisor or delivered to the Town of King prior to bid opening. Contractors are required to provide a certificate of insurance showing liability and workers compensation coverage. The Town of King reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof deemed most advantageous to the Town.
