This project is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Bidders must comply with relevant federal regulations including Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, all applicable Federal Contract Provisions at 2 CFR Part 200-Appendix II, including Debarment, Suspension and Ineligibility, Conflict of Interest per 24 CFR Part 570.611(c), HUD Federal Labors Standards Provisions, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Equal Employment Opportunity under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Clean Water, Clean Air, Executive Order 11738, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (if applicable). Compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, 41 USC 8301 note, is also required where applicable. Bidders must make an effort to utilize small and minority-owned businesses, and must meet Department of Labor wage rates as specified.
