The City of Edinburg is soliciting sealed bids for the Lift Station No. 19 Force Main Realignment and Sanitary Sewer Improvements, funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Project Funding. Bidders are required to comply with federal regulations including 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and all applicable Federal Contract Provisions found at 2 CFR Part 200-Appendix II. Additional compliance is required with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Clean Water, Clean Air, Executive Order 11738, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, if applicable.
