Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a transportation facility in Purcell, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade transportation facility; and one-story above grade transportation facility.

The work involves the development of airport project documents, planning, construction plans and specifications, construction oversight, and project management for various projects at the Purcell Municipal Airport. The selected firm will also assist in preparation and submittal of required federal and state administrative documents. Services include engineering and planning for all phases and required incidental services. Areas of work may include developing and updating a five-year Capital Improvement Plan, preparing all project administrative requirements, NEPA coordination, airspace study, developing and updating airport layout and planning studies, assistance with land acquisition, topographic and obstruction surveys, DBE program preparation, improving airfield drainage and safety areas, reconstructing or expanding various airport pavements, constructing new taxiways, hangars, terminal building, access gates, perimeter fences, fuel system improvements, and installing or rehabilitating airfield lighting and equipment. Qualifications must be submitted electronically in PDF format. The submittal should include a qualification statement, client referral list, detailed experience discussion, and resumes of all staff assigned to the project, with an emphasis on airport planning and design experience and familiarity with federal specifications. Submittals should not include cost information. Selection will be based on capability, experience, key personnel, technical approach, ability to meet schedules and budgets, and other considerations. The City reserves the right to reject submittals and will negotiate fees with the selected firm.
