Question Deadline 01/16/2026 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarifications or interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must reach the Architect at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Project: McClain County Health Department Renovation Separate sealed bids will be received no later than the specified deadline. Bids should be submitted to the designated address. Bids received more than ninety-six hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) before the bid opening time, or after the time set for opening, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Quotes under $50,000 may be emailed to the specified contact prior to the bid date and time. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the specified reprographics firm at the cost of reproduction. Contract documents will also be on file at designated locations. For bids exceeding $50,000, a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany the sealed proposal. No bids may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
