The Project consists of constructing a new community swimming pool and bathhouse facility located at Shelton, Nebraska. LOCATION: 4th STREET & LINCOLN STREET Provide all equipment, labor, materials, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of a community swimming pool and bathhouse, along with any related or incidental work. Work categories include sanitary sewer (gravity), public buildings, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, retaining walls, parks, recreation, buildings and facilities, concrete formed flatwork foundation, fittings and valves, sewer and water construction, masonry construction and restoration, sitework excavating and grading, fencing, guardrails, handrails, and painting. The Work includes site preparation, construction of pool, bathhouse, concrete deck, chain link fencing, plumbing fixtures, pool sealing and painting, and such other work as may be necessary and incidental thereto. The Work will be substantially completed on or before May 7, 2027 ; Final completion- June 7, 2027. Question Deadline 12/26/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
