Site work for a water / sewer project in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Eden Prairie Pond Improvements (Pond 6-21-C) project will involve the dredging of one stormwater pond to remove and properly dispose of accumulated regulated sediment, and the necessary work needed to compliantly access, dredge, provide erosion control, and restore the pond and adjacent areas including impacts to private landowners. The project engineer estimates approximately 1590 cubic yards of material to be dredged and disposed of. Pond 6-21-C is located south of Chennault Way, east of Dell Road, and west of Alexander Court. Additional information will be provided via Quest including plans, specifications, and quantities. Any questions must be received in writing (email acceptable) by 11:59pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Please send all questions to Patrick Sejkora, PE at psejkora@edenprairie.org. A. Restoration of construction area by installation of topsoil (if needed), hydroseeding, and erosion control including, including but not limited to all necessary labor, equipment or other materials to establish vegetation. This Work also consists of consists of protecting and preserving existing vegetation from damage and restoring vegetation damaged by the Contractor's operations.
