Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Construct a grade separated intersection at the intersection of Aerie Way and State Highway 16 in Eagle, Idaho. Work will generally consist of widening approximately 2,800 feet of SH-16, construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of connector roadway plus a roundabout, construction of a 117-foot bridge overpass with prestressed concrete girder and driven steel pile foundation, and construction of two-stage MSE retaining walls. Additional work includes street lighting improvements, pavement marking, culverts, stormwater channels, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, retaining walls, aggregate, sawcutting, surface and bridge work, fencing, guardrails, traffic control, pavement removal, excavation, median construction or repair, highway appurtenances, landscaping, stormwater improvements, asphalt or concrete paving, intersection improvements, pedestrian improvements, precast elements, crushed stone rip rap, road widening, roundabout construction, geotechnical work, signage, and bridges or overpasses.
