The City of Eagle ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to the City to develop a Pathways, Trails, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space (PTPROS) Master Plan that will serve as a guiding document for the next 5 years of development, operations, and programming for the City's system of pathways, trails, parks, recreation, and open space ("PTPROS system"). The City seeks to partner with a consultant to help guide planning efforts through this period of rapid growth. The awarded contract may be renewed to allow the consultant to update the Plan at the end of each five-year planning cycle. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 5:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted electronically .Answers to questions will be posted to the City's website no later than 5:00 p.m. (MDT) on December 4, 2025.Questions will be accepted in writing only, and should be submitted to clerks@cityofeagle.org The City of Eagle reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
