The Columbia County School District, 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, GA 30809 (CCSD), is soliciting quotes for total quantity 1,508 cameras, four different models of Hanwha Vision America and 308 Camera mounts, under Quote Request Number HC-12-19-25A (RFQ). The pricing must be valid for at least 60 days. Awarded product will be "inside-delivered". Inside delivery shall include, as a minimum, delivery, unloading and placement in a designated area inside the first floor of building. Pallet delivery will be accepted. Product to be packaged and labeled with box count per location. Only complete orders per location are to be delivered to Columbia County Support Complex 4395 Riverwatch Parkway, Evans GA 30809. Purchase orders to be issued by location. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Bidder to seek clarification from CCSD in sufficient time prior to the RFQ closing date and time to resolve any questions or misunderstandings that may arise regarding the RFQ.
