Description

Renovation of a military facility in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade military facility.

Replace Fire Alarm Smoke / CO Detectors, CFHA, 5 CDSB Gagetown Supply and install new smoke alarms, CO/smoke combo alarms, and dual photoelectric/smoke alarms in CFHA Residential Housing Units (RHU), including removal and disposal of existing devices (alarm, base, connector), installation of new wiring where required, interconnection of all alarms within each RHU, testing, labeling, warranty tracking, and daily clean-up; comply with NBC/CEC/ULC and DND fire, safety, environmental requirements. Work occurs in occupied and unoccupied units and requires appointment scheduling and tenant care protocols. Submit bids electronically. Bidders are highly recommended to attend a site visit at Building B-71, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB, on December 11, 2025, at 10:00am local time.
