This solicitation requests sealed bids from qualified responsible contractors for the Citywide Catch Basin and Manhole Reconstruction Program. Services include the repair and replacement of manholes and catch basins throughout the City on an as needed basis, requiring labor, materials, and equipment. The work may involve emergency repairs on demand at any time, including weekends and holidays, or scheduled repairs as directed. The scope of work is detailed in the attached specifications and drawings. All terms and conditions, specifications, and bid forms are included. The lowest responsible bidder may be required to attend a meeting with City officials before contract award. All proposers must have a Unique Entity ID and register with SAM.gov either before the proposal due date or before an agreement can be executed. Proposers must comply with 2 C.F.R. 200 requirements.
