Description

Site work for a fire / police facility in New Brockton, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials, and perform all work required to construct concrete slabs and associated other finish work to slabs as detailed in the plan set "Training Facility Site Plan for the Coffee County Sheriff's Office." The work includes the furnishing and placement of all materials necessary to construct concrete slabs with welded wire reinforcement, painted markings, and tubing for barricade placement. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Coffee County Commission for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, with a $10,000.00 maximum, as evidence of good faith. No bids will be considered unless the bidder, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama. This includes holding a current and valid license from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors. Non-resident corporate bidders must also provide evidence of qualification with the Secretary of State to do business in Alabama. Coffee County reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portion thereof.
