Modular Classrooms Relocation At New Brockton Middle School Mckee Project No. 25- 210b Proposals: Bidders to Include All Work Per Proposal at Both Sites, Demo and New Installation: Proposal - Remove and Relocate Five Existing Modular Classrooms Located at New Brockton Elementary School. Modular Classrooms to Be Moved and Installed at New Brockton Middle School. Proposal Shall Include All Required Foundations as Shown in the Contract Documents. Proposals Shall Include All Skirting and Anchors as Required by the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission. Refer to Plans and Specifications for Full Scope of the Work. All Bidders Shall Have General Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance. All Proposals Shall Be Bid Excluding Taxes. All Bidders Must Be Licensed by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors and Must Be Licensed Under the Provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and Must Show Evidence of License Before Bidding or Bid Will Not Be Received or Considered by the Architect. All Bidders Shall Show Such Evidence by Clearly Displaying Their Current License Number on the Outside of the Sealed Envelope on Which the Proposal is Delivered. Completion Time: See Scope of Work in Project Manual Supervision: Contractor to Ensure Proper Supervision for All Work. "Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only. Official sets must be obtained from McKee and Associates to bid."
