Tear Down and Removal of: Commercial Building located on the West Corner of South Ist and West Broadway, City of Okemah, Oklahoma Lots 1 & 2, Block 27, Okemah Proper, City of Okemah, Oklahoma. The City of Okemah, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 9164 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertisse Bids must be accompanied by a copy of a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance showing a minimum general ability coverage of one million dollars. Questions may be submitted to the Okemah City Manager The successful bidder shall commence work with ad-equate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order to the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
