Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Hart, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Oceana County Road Commission is requesting bids for the construction of a pedestrian bridge beneath Stony Lake Road (M-20) and road reconstruction on 68 Avenue and Stony Lake Road (M-20). The project involves 1,200 tons of HMA, aggregate base, sand subbase, concrete curb & gutter, concrete shared use path, drainage improvements, permanent pavement markings, and turf restoration. Prospective bidders may request Bidding Documents from Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering, Inc. Bidding Documents will be emailed in PDF format at no charge. Non-biddable documents may be viewed online at the designated websites. For requirements related to bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The Oceana County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in its best interest. Question Deadline 12/30/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
