Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Scope of Project: 1,993 LF of 8-inch through 18-inch water line and all appurtenances 293 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 1,018 LF of 24-inch through 36-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 7,230 SY of 8-inch Subgrade Preparation 6,640 SY of 7-inch through 8-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement 2,683 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The deadline to ask questions is 1/12/2026 10:00 AM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Pre-Bid is non-mandatory. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
