Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work involves the rehabilitation and reconstruction of six wastewater lift stations. The scope includes modification of existing facilities, demolition of obsolete structures, construction of detention facilities and odor control, site restoration, implementation of bypass pumping to maintain operations, installation of new submersible pumps, auxiliary wet wells, force main and influent sewer improvements, and replacement of electrical/control buildings with upgraded MCCs, SCADA, and a standby generator.
