Mill and pave work is required for Dominion Boulevard, which involves milling surface asphalt, removing and replacing concrete road panels as directed, and paving the surface course and asphalt. On Labelle Street (from Dominion Boulevard to Mark Avenue), full depth milling and paving is required. On Labelle Street (Mark Avenue to Askin Avenue), the scope includes removing and replacing V-Type curb and sidewalks, and milling and paving the roadway to a maximum depth of 150mm. Bid submissions are to be completed electronically through the City's Bidding System. Bids submitted by mail, in person, fax, email, or other electronic means, other than the Bidding System, will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring submissions are properly identified and received by the submission deadline.
