Site work for a water / sewer project in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes the repair and coating of the Primary Settling Tanks 7 and 8. The tanks will be taken out of service by the City, and it is the contractor's responsibility to clean, repair, and coat the tanks with EWL Lining. The V-notch weirs and scum baffle plates will need to be removed and reinstalled level after the coating is completed. All tenders, requests for proposals, and formal quotations must be received electronically through the City's Bidding System. The bid submission must be completed electronically, signed, and uploaded, clearly marked with the name and address of the responder, title of file, and file number. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are received by Purchasing prior to the submission deadline. It is the sole responsibility of each potential supplier to register with the Bidding System. Questions must be received by no later than January 9, 2026.
