Furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, and materials necessary for the "West KY CTC Upgrade ADA and Life Safety" project at West Kentucky CTC in Paducah, Kentucky for the Kentucky Community & Technical College System. Responsible contractors with proper experience, equipment, and qualifications are invited to bid on this work. All work will be performed under the standard regulations for construction of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Capital Project Procurement and Office for Facilities Support Services. Bids must be submitted electronically with all required documents. The project is the renovation of selected existing toilet rooms in Clemens Fine Arts Building, Matheson Learning Resource Center, Rosenthal Hall, and Waller Hall on the campus of West Kentucky Community and Technical College. Work involves demolition of flooring, slabs, walls, doors, ceilings, partitions, plumbing fixtures, piping and related construction. New construction includes plumbing, fixtures, concrete slabs, resinous finishes, CMU walls, doors, painting, tile, suspended acoustic ceilings, toilet partitions and accessories, and related construction to provide compliant accessible routes and plumbing fixtures.
