Manhole Frame Risers are as per the attached specifications and pricing sheet which are an integral part of this bid. This is a three year contract subject to annual renewals provided all terms, conditions and prices remain unchanged and the vendor is in agreement. Prices contained herein shall be firm for each renewal term of the contract. The City reserves the right to re-solicit at the end of any one year period.
