Work includes removal of the existing building, existing retaining wall, retaining wall foundations unless otherwise noted. Site grading to provide positive drainage of the site. This site is enclosed by construction fencing with gates installed by the Owner to allow access to the site and securing the site. No Work occurs outside the fenced area. Site work shall be in accord with requirements and approval of the authorities having jurisdiction and the Owner. The same shall be confirmed with written documentation to the Architect and the Owner's Representative. The Project consists of Building interior and exterior, screen walls, and stairs. The project includes complete removal of 154,731 sq ft of all above-grade and below-grade structures and appurtenances, except for the existing building pad, which shall remain intact.
