Proposals are requested to provide custodial services. All details and requirements are found within the proposal documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by registering as a vendor on the County of Lancaster website. Provide all necessary personnel, material, equipment, supplies and services required to provide custodial services at seven (7) County Office facilities listed below. All are to be serviced five (5) days per week following the defined schedule of work. Building Locations and Technical Specifications 3.1.1 The Lancaster County Government Center, located at 150 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA, is approximately 286,000 square feet of office space on eight (8) floors, divided into approximately twenty-nine (29) suites, and is occupied by approximately 600 staff persons. The Lancaster County Government Center includes approximately 61 toilets, 21 urinals, 93 sink bowls, 3 showers, and 17 water fountains. 3.1.2 The Lancaster County Courthouse, located at 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA, is approximately 298,000 square feet of office space on nine (9) floors, and is occupied by approximately 400 staff persons. The Lancaster County Courthouse includes approximately 117 toilets, 36 urinals, 14 sink bowls, 2 showers, and 27 water fountains. 3.1.3 The Adult Probation and Parole building, located at 40 E. King St, Lancaster PA, is approximately 34,500 square feet of office space on four floors, divided into two hundred and eight (208) offices and is occupied by approximately 145 staff persons. The Adult Probation and Parole building includes 28 toilets, 6 urinals, 35 sink bowls, 1 shower, and 5 water fountains. 3.1.4 The Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center, located at 235 Circle Avenue, Lancaster, PA, is approximately 81,000 square feet of office space on one (1) floor and is occupied by approximately 100 staff persons. The Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center includes approximately 20 toilets, 3 urinals, 24 sink bowls, 5 showers, and 2 water fountains. 3.1.5 The Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, located at 101 Champ Boulevard, Manheim, PA, is approximately 75,100 square feet of office space and is occupied by approximately 12 staff persons. The Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center includes approximately 36 toilets, 12 urinals, 23 sink bowls, 4 showers, and 4 water fountains. NOTE: There are several buildings on this property, administration, range, control tower, HAZMAT Building, and park & ride, that are included in this summary. 3.1.6 The Lancaster County Forensic Center, located at 2080 Spring Valley Road, Lancaster, PA, is divided into approximately 6,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of lab area (not in contract). The qualified Respondent is responsible for cleaning the office space, which is on one floor, divided into fifteen (15) offices and is occupied by approximately 14 full-time staff persons. The Forensic Center building includes 5 toilets, 1 urinal, 8 sink bowls, 2 showers, water fountain. 3.1.7 The Lancaster County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services building, located at 750 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA, is approximately 24,500 square feet of office space on one (1) floor, divided into approximately fifty-three (53) offices, and is occupied by approximately 100 staff persons. The Lancaster County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services building includes approximately 13 toilets, 4 urinals, 13 sink bowls, and 4 water fountains and 1 slop sink.
