This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes ("the City") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP 2025-111-CP Emily-Omemee Community Centre Phase 2 Renovations, for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars. The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting proposals from qualified companies for building renovations and improvements at the Emily-Omemee Community Centre located at 212 Sturgeon Road, Omemee, Ontario. The work includes but is not limited to: - Construction of new addition to the building for dressing rooms - Modernization of the existing lobby and washrooms -New elevator installation for accessibility - Provisional pricing for green energy solutions; solar panels, grey water cistern and system, heat recovery system for the refrigeration plant Phase 2 - Award and Start Date - Award on or before February 29, 2026 - Start date of Contract exterior work - Upon award - Start date of Contract interior work - April 3, 2026 Documents can be obtained at: https://kawarthalakes.bidsandtenders.ca
