The Nebraska Army National Guard is seeking bids for a service contract for Cleaning Services at Camp Ashland Billeting Facilities in Ashland, Nebraska. The contract will initially start on January 1, 2026, with the potential for multi-year extensions beginning on January 1, 2027, which will depend on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and facility walk-through is required for bid acceptance. Facility floor plans will be available at the pre-bid meeting. Bid documents, a Statement of Work (SOW) with requirements including the area size and frequency of service, and area maps can be obtained by contacting the listed representative. Bid proposals must be submitted to the specified office before the deadline for public opening and reading.
