Site work for a mixed-use development in North Miami Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of North Miami Beach is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide construction services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes, but is not limited to, paving, sidewalk installation and repair, demolition, site preparation, utility work, maintenance of traffic, sewer and storm water system construction, and other related civil construction activities. Contractors will be selected to complete assigned work at designated locations and are responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work according to the terms of each Work Order and the bid requirements.
