Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to replace roofing of the Ranger Station per the contract documents. Builder’s Risk is required for this project and must be included in the bid price. Bidder prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid. The project must be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable. The Department of Environmental Protection supports diversity in its Procurement Program and requests that all sub-contracting opportunities afforded by this bid embrace diversity enthusiastically. Vendor/Contractor shall utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to confirm the employment eligibility of all persons employed by the Vendor/Contractor during the term of the Contract and all persons, including subcontractors, assigned by the Vendor/Contractor to perform work pursuant to the contract with the Department.
