Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in North Miami Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install backflow prevention devices upstream of the existing outfalls located adjacent to NE 25th Avenue, including, but not limited to, excavation, demolition; installation of proposed drainage structures; connection to existing storm drain system HDPE Storm Sewer (sizes vary), sleeves (sizes vary) and inline backflow prevention device; remove and relocate as required: existing 2” water services; relocate existing 8” watermain; replacement of any sod, sidewalk, pavement damaged during construction, and other appurtenant and miscellaneous items for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation. All work performed under this project shall comply with applicable Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) prevailing wage requirements, Build America, Buy America (BABA) domestic sourcing provisions, and all Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation and reporting requirements associated with EPA-funded projects.
