Ajax has been awarded Pasco County Fire and Rescue Station No. 4 as part of our 4 facility Construction Management contract with Pasco County. This Station is a new single story, 13,476 sf, 3-bay facility located in Odessa, Florida. The new Fire Station will be on a 3.85 acre site which is currently vacant. The new Fire Station is a concrete block building with brick veneer, wood trusses and a standing seam metal roof. Project also includes typical interior and exterior finishes along with bi-fold exterior doors, window treatments, complete MEPs, and site development.
