Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vienna, Virginia. Working plans call for the construction of a 24,500-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; and one-story above grade swimming pool.
The project involves providing comprehensive project management services for the planning, design, and construction of a new Aquatic and Fitness Facility for the Town. Instructions to bidders include that solicitations are only advertised and must be downloaded via the Commonwealth of Virginia's eVA Procurement Portal, and all bids must be submitted electronically via the Town's eProcurement Portal (OpenGov Procurement). Hard copy responses are not accepted. Vendors must register online and select the appropriate purchasing categories to be notified of relevant opportunities. Withdrawal of proposals is allowed only before the scheduled opening or authorized postponement, and no proposal may be withdrawn for ninety days after opening. Participation in a pre-proposal meeting is optional, and all questions about the solicitation must be submitted within the timeline provided. Plan Holders List not maintained.
