Reference Number 0000309140 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/18 04:00:00 PM CST This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the Owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective General Contractors to submit proposals for the demolition of an existing 6-unit townhouse building and the construction of a new 6-unit townhouse at 15 Marlene Street, along with associated minor works at 9, 11 and 17 Marlene Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The work is being done in 15, 9, 11, 17 Marlene Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will be partially occupied at 9, 11, 17 Marlene Street, and 15 Marlene will be vacant during construction. - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
