DURATION OF THE CONTRACT According to the current project implementation scenario, the contract is scheduled to be phased in until October 2027. The probable period of the beginning of the mandate is between February 15 and March 15, 2026. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. This bid security must be in the form of a bond, certified cheque, money order, bill or irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the "Bid Security" section of the Instructions to Bidders. The Company reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a tenderer if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
