The purpose of these Services is to keep the Equipment in good working order, reliable and safe for users, and to reduce downtime caused by breakdowns. The Services consist, among other things, of performing the following activities with respect to the Equipment: - Inspecting it; - Checking its operation and condition; - Cleaning it; - Lubrication of components; - Taking measurements; - Adjustments to mechanical and electrical components and programming parameters: HMI, PLC, variable speed drives, brakes, travel speeds, travel limits, limit switches, - - verification of limits; - Testing (no-load tests, load tests, adjustment man oeuvres, braking tests); - Repair and replacement of components; - Complex programming and system control adjustments and settings; - Upgrading.
