Renovation of a stadium in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade stadium.

The work consists of furnishing all materials and performing all labor according to the drawings and specifications prepared by Hafer PSC Architect/Engineer for the Reitz High School Stadium LED Lighting Upgrade Project 2026 located at 350 Dreier Blvd., Evansville, Indiana. The project consists of design and installation of sport lighting on the existing sports lighting poles to illuminate the F.J. Reitz Bowl playing, seating and auxiliary areas. The contract for construction will include general work and electrical construction work. Contract Documents, dated November 2025 were prepared for the Project by Hafer. Bidders must obtain a complete set of bidding documents from MACO-Evansville Blue, provide a $150 deposit, and follow the outlined requirements for bid submission. Bids must be firm with no escalator clauses. A certified check or bid bond totaling not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid is required. If awarded the contract, the contractor must execute a contract and furnish acceptable surety bonds within ten (10) days. All local licensing requirements must be met before submitting a bid, and inclusion of a drug policy is mandatory. Bidders must comply with MBE/WBE utilization and E-Verification policy and procedures as outlined in the specifications. Bids cannot be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the opening date. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or informalities.
