Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The project consists of the removal of the existing roofing system including all flashings, insulation, felts, and other items down to the existing roof deck followed by the installation of a new roof including new insulation, tapered insulation (where indicated), single-ply PVC membrane, roof accessories, flashings, edge metals, and all other required appurtenances. 1.2. Contract Documents dated November 15, 2025 including all addenda and revisions as prepared for the project by Jack R. Kinkel & Son Architects, 312 N.W. MLK Blvd., Suite 100, Evansville, IN 47708. 1.4. The work will be constructed under a single prime contract, General Contractor. Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor according to the drawings and specifications for the Vogel Elementary School Roofing Project 2026, located at 1500 Oak Hill Rd., Evansville, Indiana. All local licensing requirements must be met prior to submitting a bid. Bidders must include a drug policy, comply with MBE/WBE utilization and E-Verification policy and procedures, and all proposals must be firm without escalator clauses. Proposals must be submitted with a certified check or bidder's surety bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. If the contract is awarded, the contractor must execute the contract and provide acceptable surety bonds within ten (10) days from acceptance. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or informalities deemed in their best interest. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the set bid opening date.
