The Project Includes Replacing 6" Sanitary Sewer Lines With 8" by Pipe Enlargement and Open Cut Methods , Concrete Paving , and Asphalt Pulverization and Overlay . A Cashier's Check or Acceptable Bidder's Bond Payable to the City of Bedford , Texas in the Amount of Not Less Than 5% of the Largest Possible Total for the Bid Submitted , Must Accompany the Bid . In the Case of Ambiguity or Lack of Clearness in the Prices of the Proposal , the City Reserves the Right to Accept the Most Advantageous Contract Thereof to the City , or to Reject the Proposal . The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any or All Informalities . No Bid May Be Withdrawn Until the Expiration of Ninety Days (90 ) From the Date the Bids Are Opened .
