Cost Range: $2,900,000 - $3,500,000 Bedford Animal Shelter Renovations The project site is located at the existing Bedford Animal Shelter at 1809 Reliance Parkway in Bedford, Texas. The project, as currently planned, consists of additions and renovations to the Bedford Animal Shelter to include a new lobby and front facade, patios, covered exterior kennels and reword of existing MEP and structure with footprints on the order of 1,500 square feet, 800 square feet, 850 square feet, and 4,500 square feet respectively. In addition, exterior improvements to include new concrete flatwork, new perimeter fence, and new landscaping is also planned. The foundation system of the existing building consists of drilled and underreamed concrete shafts situated at an approximate depth of 15 feet. Plate A.1, Plan of Borings, presents the approximate locations of the exploration borings. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
