Replace Uninterruptible Power Supply Public Safety Headquarters, Hawthorne, N.Y The work under this Division shall include furnishing and installing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installations and interconnections of Electrical Systems as specified herein and as shown on the contract drawings to Replace Uninterruptible Power Supply ("UPS") System located in the basement electrical room of the Public Safety Headquarters, Hawthorne, New York. (Bid range $ 280,000.00 to $ 320,000.00). *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $280,000 to $320,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work under this Contract includes all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for the Replace Uninterruptible Power Supply ("UPS") System, Public Safety Headquarters, Hawthorne, New York: 1. Removal of existing UPS system and all components. 2. The removal of existing pull boxes and installing wires in conduit. 3. The sealing of existing UPS room floor as specified in contract. 4. Installation of new UPS system with batteries installed by manufacturer and all costs, all UPS components, including raceways, conductors, boxes, and all basic materials and labor. 5. The contractor shall pay all costs and fees for the manufacturer commissioning, testing, training, and installation of the new UPS system, battery monitoring system, and 3-year maintenance service contract. Contractor shall pay all costs to have the manufacturer program the UPS to report the real-time UPS status to the County Police IT group via the county network. 6. The removal of power panel feeders from UPS and reinstall on new power panel with circuit breakers furnished and installed by contractor. 7. Provide temporary power for power panels disconnected from existing UPS and the removal of power panel removed from normal power. Extend existing feeder from normal power panel to new UPS power panel. 8. Contractor shall furnish and install UPS-1 panel with circuit breakers as shown on the panel schedule. 9. Contractor shall furnish and install a 6-pair CAT6 data line with a RJ-45 jack between the UPS and County IT data closet.
