Sealed bids are requested for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation at 1512 Citrus Avenue. Detailed specifications are available upon request from the Purchasing Division, City Hall, 100 N. U.S. 1, Fort Pierce, Florida. Documents can also be obtained electronically from the Purchasing Division by email or from the City of Fort Pierce website and Demandstar.com. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 10:40 a.m. at 1512 Citrus Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL. All interested bidders must attend this meeting for their bids to be considered. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the bid process. Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise participation is encouraged.
