Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager for the City of Port St. Lucie, is seeking qualified subcontractors and vendors for the construction of Torino Regional Park, located in the northern section of the Torino neighborhood in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The project area covers approximately 83 acres of a 131.58-acre site. Trades being solicited include maintenance of traffic, demolition/clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, water, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, electrical/lighting, security/low voltage, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalk, roadway/parking lots, sport courts, building construction, various hardscape construction, furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation. A portion of the project is funded through the ARPA Recovery Fund Program, which may require additional reporting and may affect construction priority to meet reimbursement deadlines.
