Bernards Township, Somerset County, is soliciting professional services proposals for Engineering Services for the Culberson Road Storm Sewer Study through a fair and open process. The scope of work is to provide engineering services for the specified study. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bernards Township Engineering Department via the instructed email by the specified deadline. Firms awarded contracts will be required to comply with relevant New Jersey statutes including Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Disclosure of Ownership, and Business Registration requirements. The Culberson Road Storm Sewer Study Proposal shall include the following: o Kickoffmeeting with the Township to discuss the proj ect. o A memorandum/document that outlines the proj ect scoping including various tasks, any required field work, etc. o Survey of existing conditions ofstorm sewer, swales, outfall, topography, etc. o Wetlands delineation in areas ofthe existing outfall and all proposed areas ofimprovement. o Bi-weekly project updates via email o Storm Sewer Study Report Proposals, questions, or requests for additional information should be directed to: Katelyn Dmitruck, P.E.
