The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) within the U.S. Department of State has a requirement for Notifiers and Fire Alarm Equipment to support its domestic and overseas facilities. The work will be fulfilled through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering a base year and four one-year option periods, providing a continuing source for these systems and components. The requirement is set aside for small business concerns, and award will be made to the responsive Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, with technical considerations more important than cost. Questions (Q&A) period opens with this posting of the Solicitation. Questions should be received (electronically) no later than Noon, EST on July 27, 2026. Responses shall be sent to huntt@state.gov, with the Solicitation Number (19AQMM26R0345) in the Subject Line. Responses to all submitted questions will be posted as an Amendment in SAM.Gov.
