Question Deadline 01/05/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Solicitation must submit its questions via the CLMS The Airports Authority is seeking to procure Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services for the Baggage Improvements, Terminal and Concourse Rehabilitation, and Terminal Lobby & Baggage Reconfiguration Program at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The Authority is seeking to acquire procure Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services for the Baggage Improvements, Terminal and Concourse Rehabilitation, and Terminal Lobby & Baggage Reconfiguration Program ("Program") at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Washington Dulles International Airport, Loudon County. The objectives of the Program are to increase the reliability and capacity of the existing baggage system, to maintain and improve the Main Terminal and Concourses via rehabilitation and renovation, and to expand and improve the existing ticketing facilities based on operational requirements. Reference Section VII, Attachment 01, CMR Contract for additional scope details. All Work will be performed pursuant to Task Orders issued by the Authority. The Solicitation will establish the Construction Work Fee Percentage (%) and Construction Work General Conditions hourly and monthly rates. Following the execution of the Contract, the Authority intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed-priced Task Order (Task Order 001) for Pre-Construction Work for Baggage Improvements. See Section VII, Attachment 01, CMR Contract, and Section III, Price Schedule. This Solicitation, the Attachments listed in Section VIII, and the CMR Contract Exhibits which are incorporated into the Solicitation by reference, set forth the terms and conditions that govern the Solicitation, as well as, those that will become binding upon execution of the Contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation.
